While the modernization process is underway, it is forbidden to invade the surface of the planet and suppress the good will of its people.
Each clan can send only one "Mentor" to be a representative on the "wild" planet. The Mentor is authorized to introduce new technologies and engage in local wars. Your main task is to help your tribe occupy the most territory. The most advanced and populous tribe will control the planet's destiny.
