Engadget reported that FCC has passed the Nokia N95 8GB US Edition. This phone is finally available making it the ultimate competition against the iPhone (and having true 3G & GPS integration). However, with a price tag at $749, you might be better off with going with the N95-3 with the option to add your own MicroSD at around $500 shipped. When will Amazon stop advertising that they carry this phone already... annoying.
