It's official! The new iPhone 3G is slated for release on July 11 in 22 countries. Pricing is set for $199 with a 2-year plan via AT&T. It is said that they have improved battery life and added contact search. In my opinion, it is still missing a second version with a slide-out QWERTY and ability to tether but still a fantastic media phone.
