O2 Germany to Pre-Install Opera Mini on Selected Phones

Opera Software announced that its Opera Mini browser will now be pre-installed selected phones through service provider O2’s “Internet-to-Go” initiative. O2’s “Internet-to-Go” will be available on several models with both pre-installed or over-the-air (OTA) versions of the Opera Mini browser.
