A while ago, I mentioned that I was invited to participate in Yahoo's Mobile Search Panel. Well, tonight, I was asked by Yahoo Mobile team to participate in a survey with questions suggesting they may be working on a voice-based search application. Questions included if I'd be interested in downloading such mobile app.? or if I'd be concerned of privacy due to the fact that I have to speak out my search queries.
On a side note, did you realize that 411 is the oldest, search (and Mobile/Voice search) that is still lucrative and highly profitable to this date. Largely because majority (80%+) of the population do not know how much it actually cost per call.
