Giving Evidence. Experience suggests when giving evidence at Court, keep it simple. That doesn't mean you cannot speak technically nor that your comments, if you are being forced to state them in layman terms, cannot still be substantiated technically. Quite often though the Court is not up to speed with the technical vocabulary and the members of the Jury may not be as technology savvy to the
