MTS appointed the new director of macro-region “MTS center”

The telecommunication operator of MTS declared about Dmitriy [Ryl]ó[v]'s designation to the post of the director of macro-region “MTS center”, the uniting 16 regions central federal region.

In the new post Dmitriy [Rylov] will exercise the general leadership by branches MTS in the central federal region, contribute to the realization of strategy MTS 3i, including to further development of the networks “third generation” (3G) and to the development of innovation services on basis of 3G and M2M- technologies in the territory of central Russia and Chernozem Region. Into the zone of the responsibility of new director also will enter the support of the integration processs of joint stock company “of MTS” and “Comstar- Oates” in the territory of the regions of central federal region.

Dmitriy [Rylov] works in the company MTS of more than 5 years. In 2005 he arrived to the position of Department Director on sales and user care of branch MTS to Volga Region. Subsequently he headed branches MTS in Saratov, [Samarskie] regions and in the republic Of [bashkortostan], where a whole series of projects strategically important for the branch successfully treated. So, is under his management in Ufa in 2009 neglected “pilot” project MTS on the assignment of convergent services to connection, which allows both for the particular and corporate clients of company to use the Internet, the mobile and fixed connection with the united calculation and [billingom].

Sergey Ivanov, who until August 2010 occupied the post of the director of macro-region “MTS center”, will continue career in joint stock company “Moscow urban telephone network” ([MGTS]) in the post of Director-General.
