iPad Programming: A Quick-Start Guide for iPhone Programmers

Alright would-be iPad programmers, its time to stop your procrastination and get your app ideas developed.  If you need a little primer, checkout O'reilly's new title "iPad Programming: A Quick-Start Guide for iPhone Programmers".

I, for one, am tired of not finding enough good apps for me to maximize my iPad's value.  For now its just acting like a big iPod Touch.  Hopefully, with more books and programmers interested in developing more apps, some day I will be able to leave my laptop at home and use my iPad in solo.

Publisher's Description:
It's not an iPhone and it's not a laptop: the iPad is a groundbreaking new device. You need to create true iPad apps to take advantage of all that is possible with the iPad. If you're an experienced iPhone developer, iPad Programming, will show you how to write these outstanding new apps while completely fitting your users' expectation for this device.
