AT&T Deploys Next-Generation Services for Windsor West Apartment Residents

Through New Agreement, AT&T Will Deliver AT&T U-verse TV, U-verse High Speed Internet and U-verse Voice Services to Champaign, Illinois Apartment Complex.

Bringing residents cutting-edge services over a fiber-to-the-unit network, AT&T* and Regency Apartments announced a new agreement that will deliver AT&T U-verse® TV, U-verse High Speed Internet and U-verse Voice to the 316 units at Windsor West Apartments in Champaign, Ill. This agreement marks one of the first Illinois communities to receive AT&T's next-generation services over fiber directly to the apartment unit.

Located at 2502 Fields South Drive in southwest Champaign, Windsor West is a newly constructed apartment community offering one, two and three bedroom floor plans. The complex overlooks a five-acre lake, and each unit is equipped with environmentally-friendly features including geothermal heating and cooling, energy-efficient windows and doors and more.

This agreement with Regency Consolidated Residential, LLC is part of the AT&T Connected Communities® program — a strategic marketing initiative between AT&T and regional or national single-family builders, developers, real estate investment trusts, apartment ownership and management groups, and home owners' associations to provide next-generation communications and entertainment solutions to residents and homebuyers.
